Terms of Service

You understand to follow the Terms of Service when purchasing a Product.

MODELS

• You must be 18+.
• It is prohibited to use the models for commercial use. Mochia's models are personal use and to be uploaded as "private".
• Distribution such as, leaking, sharing, price splitting, trading and adding to a pedestal in "Avatar worlds" are extremely prohibited.
• You cannot resell the models, or claim as yours. 
• It is prohibited to reuse assets off the model. 
• Making my model public is prohibited. You cannot add Mochia's avatars to worlds on VRChat.
• You can absolutely use my models for Social media pictures/videos with credits to my store!
• You may edit the model to your personal liking and edit it for optimization purposes.
• Extreme editing is not allowed. Example: Exporting to blender to change the base, all clothes, accessories and hair. 
• Editing is allowed within Unity. I am ok with small blender edits like a hair swap or an outfit to personalize it.
• Both parties must own the files before any type of commissions.  You can't give someone else my model who does not own it.
• You cannot use my models as your Original Character, Vtuber, etc. I own the designs.

ASSETS

• Distribution such as, leaking, sharing, price splitting, trading is not allowed.
• Paid or nitro assets are not allowed on free models. Only free assets!
• Commerical use is allowed for Mochia Assets!
• Credits are required to my store link when using my Assets. Example: "assets' by Mochia.store <- with it linked to my page.
• You can't claim as yours or resell. You can't edit the mesh and resell it.

All sales are final

All sales are final. Once you have gained access to the downloads, there are no refunds or exchanges. This applies to all my products. By making a purchase you agree to these terms. Chargebacks lead to bans and reports from my store.

Mochia's products are only for VRChat and not for any other platform or games. I do NOT upload to other platforms.
